It was breakfast for dinner on Thursday! I cooked up some left over bacon and then made some amazing sour dough pancakes! I have some for leftovers which I will eat Saturday morning before we go to the temple. Dad was a little skeptical about sour dough anything, (a bad sour dough experience earlier in life?) but he agrees that these pancakes are delicious!
I also went to the library yesterday and picked up some great murder mysteries. I love the library and I also love how you can select a book that isn't in your library (Indian Trail is a very small library) and they will send it to the one closest to you. Libraries are truly a blessing and I hope each of you are utilizing the ones closest to you. Who doesn't love free books, magazines, movies, CD's?
